Nike's Disappointing New 12th Generation Downshifter: Warranty Request Denied

I paid 1,500 TL for a pair of Nike Downshifter 12 sports shoes from a store in a mall in Samsun about 3 months ago. However, the shoes developed a tear on the upper part after only 2 months. I took the shoes back to the store for a warranty exchange. They delivered the shoes to the company, but after an inspection, they denied our exchange request. It's disheartening to be so dissatisfied with a product we purchased after putting our trust in the Nike brand and spending a significant amount of money. Such dissatisfaction is simply unacceptable when dealing with a globally recognized brand. As a result, we respectfully request that our complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
