I bought my Puma sports shoes from the FLO store about seven months ago. Even though I didn’t wear them every day, the white parts started to turn yellow in a short time, and the front area developed a tear. I’m very disappointed that a pair of shoes I paid $72 for became deformed this quickly.
I sent the product in for inspection, but the result came back as a rejection. I absolutely do not accept this decision, because the level and speed of the damage are not proportional to how often or how lightly I used the shoes.
I am requesting that Puma re-evaluate my shoes and provide a product replacement.
