A month ago, I purchased shoes from the Puma outlet at Ankara Nata Vega. After just two uses, the shoes started peeling and causing excessive sweating. I contacted customer service to have them inspected and requested an exchange. But their responses were absurd! They suggested exchanging with the same product, offering other shoes, or even providing a voucher. How ridiculous! Why would I want the same shoes when I'll face the same issues? I bought them because I liked that particular pair, and I don't like any other options they have. This is unacceptable! Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and the quality of their shoes is disappointing. They don't even know how to properly respond to customers. They refuse to process a return for the sweaty shoes.
