On November 26 at 11:20 PM, I deposited approximately $2,500 into my Binomo account via a bank transfer from Yapı Kredi Bank. This amount was neither credited to my Binomo account nor refunded back to my bank account, and my money has been missing for 12 days.
The email address registered to my account is u***********@hotmail.com**. During this process, I was asked to provide numerous documents, including the payment receipt, bank transaction records, transaction ID, and even a screen recording. I submitted all requested documents completely and without delay. Despite this, I have been continuously stalled, given no clear explanation, and my transaction has not been finalized.
I have sent at least 50 emails, almost writing every day, but I keep receiving automated responses only, with no concrete solution offered. The fact that such a large amount of money has been missing from both my platform account and my bank account for this long has caused me serious financial distress.
I request that the payment I made be urgently located and either credited in full to my Binomo account or refunded in full to my original bank account, and that I be provided with clear and transparent written information about this process.
