I recently returned a product I had received from Pull and Bear on January 19th, 2023. I returned it using Aras Cargo on the same day that I received it, and the package was received at Pull and Bear's warehouse on January 24th, 2023. However, despite this, I have yet to receive a refund for the product. This seems to be a pattern with Pull and Bear, as I have had trouble returning products in the past due to the fact that the store is quite far from my location and there is no option for return via cargo. When I reached out to Pull and Bear customer service, I was told to wait for 2 days, but that time has now passed and I have yet to receive any kind of resolution. The product has not even been returned, so why has my refund not been processed yet? The order number is 20071745918 and the Aras Cargo shipment tracking number is 3035825437152. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and lack of refund processing time that I have received from Pull and Bear. I will be very cautious about making future purchases from this company and would never recommend them.
