I am trading on Quotex using a demo account from India, mainly on the EUR/JPY pair. Today at 1:26 p.m., I noticed a significant discrepancy between my chart and another trader's chart. On my EUR/JPY chart, the 13:26 candle was green, while on the trader’s screenshot, it was clearly red, and that red candle gave the trading signal. I have proof in the form of screenshots that show this difference. This situation makes me question the accuracy and reliability of the price feed and candles displayed on my side. In addition, I made a withdrawal of 2,140 INR from my Quotex account, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account, even though the transaction status on Quotex shows “successful.” The withdrawal was made under order ID 40736771266 on 27/11/2025 at 19:35:03, and I have already provided my bank statement as proof that the money did not arrive, but so far, there has been no result. I have contacted Quotex support about both the incorrect EUR/JPY candle and the missing withdrawal, but my issues remain unresolved. I request that Quotex urgently investigate the candle discrepancy between my platform and the other trader’s screenshots and give a clear written explanation of how this is possible. I also request that the missing 2,140 INR withdrawal with order ID 40736771266 either be promptly credited to my bank account or that I receive a clear, documented explanation and solution regarding where this money went.
