Pull and Bear Hasn't Delivered My Order For 11 Days

In the order I placed on the Pull & Bear website on December 10, 2024, the delivery time seemed to be 2-4 days. However, the lack of updates regarding the shipment status has been frustrating. Today is December 21st and my order still appears to be on the way. Despite multiple follow-ups, no concrete solution has been provided. When I corresponded with customer service, they told me that they were waiting for the cargo company to pick up the product. Such delays indicate a serious lack of coordination between the company and its logistics partner. I am complaining about this company, which has not been able to deliver orders to a place like Ankara for 11 days, while it takes 8-10 days even when ordered from China.
