Binomo is a Fraud Platform

I am using a real Binomo trading account from India, and my deposit made on 26.11.2025 has still not been credited to my account. I deposited 700 INR from my Punjab National Bank account, but the money has neither reached my Binomo balance nor been returned to my bank. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted Binomo customer support. They asked me to provide my bank statement, which I did. However, afterwards, they informed me that they did not receive this money. I find this unacceptable because I have clear proof of payment, including the payment receipt, a screen recording showing that the transaction was completed from my side, and the transaction ID of this payment. I request that my 700 INR deposit be either credited to my Binomo real account or refunded to my Punjab National Bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this issue occurred despite the successful transaction on my side, and after I submitted all the documents they requested.
