Badoo Account Suspension Recovery Request

I have been using Badoo for about seven days with a paid subscription, and this morning my account was suddenly suspended. The only information I received was a generic notice stating that my account does not follow the community guidelines, but no specific reason or example of any violation was provided. I genuinely do not know what I did that could justify this allegation. After the suspension, I contacted Badoo support and submitted a complaint. The reply I received only stated that they had received my complaint, but that they would not reactivate my account, again without any concrete explanation or clarification of the supposed breach. I am a paying user, and I believe I have respected the platform’s rules. I request an immediate reactivation of my account or, at the very least, a clear and detailed explanation of the exact guideline I allegedly violated so that I can understand and correct any issue.
