Dyson V12 Shuts Down After 30 Seconds and Customer Service Fails to Help

I have been using a Dyson V12 and for the last 15 days I have been experiencing a shutdown problem. Every time I turn the device on, it shuts down by itself after about 30 seconds, which makes it impossible to use the product properly. Because of this problem, I first contacted Dyson via video call. During the video call, the shutdown issue did not occur at that exact moment, so they told me they could not create a record and that I should wash the filter, and then call again the next day. The next day I called customer service again and explained the problem once more, but this time the representative was quite indifferent and uninterested. They again rather dismissively told me to connect via video call. During the second video call, the device again did not shut down at that moment, and I felt as if they thought I was making the problem up. I felt like they were wasting my time and effort, as if I had nothing better to do than keep calling them. I no longer feel that they stand behind their product. Due to this ongoing shutdown problem and the fact that customer service has not shown a solution‑oriented approach, I request that my Dyson V12 be replaced with a new product.
