I did not authorize or give consent for any transaction, subscription, or service with FindandLoc, and I have no relationship with your platform that justifies these debits. I contacted Zenith Bank, and I am still awaiting their response. I also attempted to email FindandLoc via Gmail, but the address I used returned an error that the response address was not found, so I have been unable to reach you directly. I request that you immediately stop any further deductions from my Zenith Bank account, fully refund all amounts deducted so far under the name FINDANDLOC, and send me a written confirmation that all deductions have been stopped and that the refund process has been initiated.
