I bought a jacket from Black Friday discounts. I marked a branch that was allowed as a delivery place. When the product was not shipped, I wrote to the customer representative and said that the rate is the general directorate, only the employees can receive it, the product will be returned. It is not possible for me to know that the rate is the general directorate, I passed it too, if you have such a rule, why do you allow it? The customer representative said there is nothing to do, he made neither an apology nor a statement. I heard rebuke as if it was my fault.
