pull and bear sold me a product that was not in stock ! 4 days ago i've bought a pair of pants and after 2 days i contacted with customers' service they told me they packed my product and it's been waiting for the carrier to delivering my adress. Later i asked again , they told me it's waiting for the carrier again. today i got a mail that telling me my order has been cancelled because it's out of stock!? what does it mean? it's been packed for delivering , then out of stock ? customer service lied to me first, now they are basically telling me "we are so sorry" i won't accept your apology. explain what's going on here. or send me another pair of pants!
