I received a discount voucher when I made my order, but it was mentioned clearly that the voucher cannot be applied to products that are already on discount. However, I used it for my full-priced purchase and received a discount of 159 TL, bringing my total payment to 1340 TL. I returned an item worth 280 TL, but I didn't receive the full refund amount. The discount was applied to the item that was already on sale when it was returned, instead of the full-priced item that met the coupon requirements. Please clarify this misunderstanding, I am pretty sure I did nothing wrong, if there is a problem, it's with their system. They should offer me an explanation.
