Pull and Bear Order Delivery Failure


I placed an order for a gift coat for my girlfriend from Pull and Bear on June 19, 2023, with order number 20162221287. It has been almost a month now, and there has been no communication from anyone regarding the status of my order. The system keeps giving me vague responses, postponing the delivery date without any valid explanation. If the coat doesn't arrive after a month, I won't be able to purchase it for the same price, and there's a chance I won't find the same one again. If you don't have it in stock, why is it still listed in the system? Or if it's with the courier, did it get lost? Am I expected to wait for that package every single day? Is this your only job? Will you feel the need to provide an explanation?
