Delayed Refund and Double Payment Issue at Pull & Bear
Two weeks ago, I filed a complaint against Pull & Bear regarding the delayed refund and an unusual payment process. On December 1, 2023, I received a message stating that the return had been processed, and the refund amount would be in my account within 15 days, depending on my bank. The order number is 20104272408, and the item is the Long Wax-Look Trench Coat with a reference number of 7752/322, priced at -₺1,530. I initially purchased this product online in XL size. Later, on December 1, I visited the Akasya Glass store to exchange the same product. To my surprise, they asked for an additional payment for the exchange without proper clarification. I went ahead with the payment, a practice that no other company seems to follow. This resulted in an erroneous double payment of ₺2,863 for the same item. Furthermore, they stated that the refund would be made not immediately but after 15 days. This means that when you exchange a product, you are required to make a payment on the day of purchase and another one 15 days later when it's returned. I urgently request the immediate refund of ₺2,863 without the 15-day waiting period.
