Pull&Bear Denim Jacket Refund Issue

I purchased a denim jacket from Pull&Bear online on 01/27/2024, returned it, and it reached the warehouse. The return approval came a few days later on 02/06/2024, and the refund was reflected in my account the following day. It never took 14 days as claimed. Despite reaching out to them 10 times, they keep repeating the same automated response: "You will receive your refund within 14 business days." Either they refuse to understand or I cannot explain it clearly. My friend isn't surprised when the return approval arrives the next day. My fees are paid, yet this is the first time I haven't received a refund promptly. How could they know my account better than I do? They've withheld my money without providing a voucher, receipt, or bank reference number confirming the return. Their excuse? "Wait for 14 days." Are they kidding? It's my right to receive confirmation. They leave you frustrated on the phone. Is ₺1,600 a small amount? Why should I wait while they use my money? They've only sent a return confirmation via email and nothing else. When I contacted the bank, they confirmed no refund was received, contrary to what was expected. I'm left hanging, unsure what to do next. Frustrated, I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Court, but the process is excruciatingly slow. What more can I do? Nothing gets resolved quickly; the consumer is always the victim!
