Pull & Bear Order Returned Without My Consent and No Refund Issued
On September 21, 2025, I placed an online order through the Pull & Bear website (Order No: 20185353644) for a pair of sweatpants totaling 2,380 TL. The estimated delivery date was September 24, but even after a full week, my order never arrived.
For several days, the order status showed as “out for delivery”, yet nothing was delivered. When I contacted the shipping company, they informed me that the package had been returned to the sender. However, I never requested a return, nor did I receive the product.
I reached out to Pull & Bear customer service via both email and live chat, but I received no real assistance and no proper response. The automated chatbot customer service also failed to resolve the issue.
At this point, I am left with neither the product nor a refund. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately—either by resending the sweatpants or by refunding the full amount of 2,380 TL to my account without any further delay.
