Pull and Bear Incomplete Refund for Oversized Items

I recently ordered two tracksuit bottoms for my son from Pull and Bear, with order number 20125301274. Unfortunately, both items turned out to be too large, so I promptly returned them in accordance with the return policy, along with the required shipping and return code, on May 22, 2024. However, although I paid ₺1512 for the products, only ₺711 is showing up as the refund amount in my bank account.

To make matters worse, contacting customer service has been nearly impossible, with no available phone numbers. After persistent messages on WhatsApp, I was informed that only one of the returned items was accounted for in the refund, leaving a significant discrepancy of ₺801.

I returned both items and urgently request the full refund of ₺801 that is owed to me.
