On November 29, 2024, I purchased a washing machine (Model: CGA254Z1TR) and a dryer (Model: KM10610CTR) from Profilo. However, I have encountered serious issues with these products. Problems such as the delivery of incorrect items instead of the ordered ones and delays in delivery have occurred. When I contacted the store, they informed me that the incorrect product delivery was a mistake and that the correct products would be exchanged. Later, I was told that the product was unavailable, and there was a price difference. They even questioned me, saying, "Do you know the price of this product?" This response left me shocked and disappointed. As a result of these issues, I requested a return of the products. Although I was told that the refund process would take a few days, my lack of trust in the store led me to file a complaint with Profilo customer service. Despite being informed that necessary actions would be taken, no concrete steps have been made. Due to the incorrect product delivery, I have been unable to use my previous washing machine, causing me significant inconvenience. I am now forced to purchase a product at a higher price from another company, missing the opportunity to benefit from the November campaign. If the store had provided me with accurate information, I could have considered other alternatives. This negative experience has undermined my trust in the Profilo brand. It seems that the stores prioritize their interests over customer satisfaction. My Demands: Return and Refund of the Products: I request to return the unused products, which are still unopened in their packaging, and receive a full refund of the amount I paid. Compensation for the Inconvenience: I request the necessary actions to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the incorrect product delivery and delays. Preventive Measures by Profilo: Profilo should take measures to ensure such issues do not occur again, by better supervising their dealers and prioritizing customer satisfaction. I will escalate this matter to the necessary authorities and share my experience in detail on social media platforms to inform other consumers.

Believe me, even though I returned the products I bought from Profilo, they still haven't refunded my money. They call from Profilo, but there is no result.
