Wrong Washing Machine Delivered: Bosch vs. Profilo Mix-up!

On March 31, 2024, I bought a washing machine and a dryer from a dealer. The products were delivered on April 5th, 2024. As I wasn't at home, I entrusted my neighbor with the key to accept the delivery. Afterward, the service arrived and installed the appliances. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the dryer was functioning properly. However, to my surprise, the washing machine that was delivered was not the expected Bosch model, but rather a Profilo brand washing machine that was completely unrelated. In addition, the technicians from Bosch who installed the machines made sure to accurately document the installation on the receipt, ensuring that the machine I received matched the one I ordered and the one listed on the invoice. Unfortunately, the machine that was installed is a Profilo product, which is not what I originally purchased. This has really upset me. I've been getting by without a washing machine for a week, and now the incorrect machine has been delivered. I am extremely frustrated and confused. The machine that was delivered to me is Profilo, even though I initiated the warranty for a Bosch machine. To make matters worse, the machine I actually purchased is missing. As a customer who has bought Bosch products before, I find myself in a completely new situation. I think the delivery personnel realized the error when they made a rather exaggerated statement to my neighbor, comparing 'Profilo' to 'Bosch' and claiming the former is superior. Even though the service team had "Bosch" written down, they ended up installing a Profilo machine. I am not satisfied with this service approach. I kindly request the prompt return of the mistakenly delivered machine and the delivery of the washing machine I have purchased and paid for. Encountering such a situation on the eve of the holiday feels almost like a punchline. If needed, I am prepared to fully commit my time to filing a complaint with the Consumer Court and pursuing all my rights through legal channels.
