Hepsiburada Marked My Profilo Washing Machine as Delivered Despite Not Receiving It
The Profilo washing machine I purchased from Hepsiburada.com has not been delivered, despite the promised delivery date of November 15, 2024. However, when I check the Hepsiburada application, it falsely shows that the product has been delivered. A Profilo representative admitted that the system marked it as delivered to avoid penalties and assured me that the product would be delivered on November 16, 2024. I find it highly concerning and unethical to mark an undelivered product as delivered. This misleading practice undermines trust and creates unnecessary confusion for customers. I expect transparency and accountability in such matters.
The company contacted me, but my product was not delivered. The company representative said they would investigate the issue and get back to me, but there was no follow-up. My grievance has not been resolved.
The product was delivered on 16.11.2024. Better late than never.
