I transferred coins from my Trust Wallet to my ProBit exchange account, but they never arrived. Even though the transaction was confirmed, my funds are missing because the networks were different. I immediately reached out for support, requesting a solution or a way to reverse the transaction, but I received no assistance. Instead of providing a fix, I was asked to pay extra money for a so-called solution. This is completely unacceptable! My funds should not just disappear due to a network issue, and I should not have to pay additional fees to recover them. Trust Wallet and ProBit, I demand immediate assistance to retrieve my missing coins! Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it?
