On January 30, 2025, I transferred funds to my XT Exchange account using the TON Network, but due to missing information, the funds did not appear in my XT account. After contacting XT support, I agreed to pay $100 USDT for them to return my $1,807.60 to my ByBit account.
I provided all required information, including videos, screenshots, and transaction details, and spoke with live support four times. I also submitted everything via email, yet despite starting the process, every time I checked in after four days, they claimed that the case had not even begun!
This is extremely frustrating, and I feel completely neglected by their support team. I have been patient, but this situation has caused me significant stress. I demand immediate resolution and the return of my funds without further delays.
