Missing Crypto Transfer from Bitay to Binance TR

I transferred cryptocurrency from my Bitay account to my Binance TR account, but the funds never arrived. I've tried contacting Bitay's customer service, but it's impossible to reach anyone for assistance. This has left me hesitant to sell or withdraw my remaining coins, as I fear they won't process the transactions properly.

I chose Bitay as a national investment platform, trusting it to handle transactions securely, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.
