I Got Charged Immediately After Starting Prezi 15-Day Free Trial for Expert Plan

I signed up for Prezi’s “15-day free trial” under the Expert Presenters plan, expecting what every reasonable person does from a free trial — that no charge would be applied until the trial period ended and only if I chose to continue. Like most platforms, it asked for my credit card details upfront. I didn’t think much of it, assuming the charge would only occur after 15 days if I approved it.

To my shock, ₺23 (approximately $23) was taken from my card immediately — no warning, no confirmation, no opt-in after the trial. This goes completely against the definition of a free trial. It feels deceptive and like a deliberate trick to charge users without giving them a fair chance to try the service first.

Prezi, this is unacceptable. I’m asking for a full refund of the ₺23 you withdrew without permission. Please review and fix your subscription flow — your platform should clearly state if the charge is immediate. Respect your users’ trust, or you’ll continue to lose it.
