PlayerUp Bans Seller for “Suspected Fraud” Without Proper Notification

I am a seller on multiple online marketplaces and have been using PlayerUp primarily to bump my sales threads. On March 10, 2026, my PlayerUp account was banned for “suspected fraud,” with the explanation that I had ignored a middleman transaction. I want to clearly state that I was never notified about any active middleman order—either by email or on the site in a way that I could reasonably see.

PlayerUp support informed me: “A middleman order was active in your inbox. It would have been impossible to miss, as you would have received a notification onsite while logged in. Additionally, as an unverified member redirecting traffic offsite, we cannot validate that you are providing legitimate services. Had you completed that one middleman order, this would not have happened, but you ignored the transaction.” I responded that I regularly check my email and receive notifications without issue from 10–15 other platforms I actively use. However, I have not received a single email from PlayerUp regarding any middleman transaction. I checked all folders, including spam, and found nothing.

In my reply to support, I clearly stated that I am willing to complete the alleged middleman transaction and that I can finalize it within about 15 minutes if they inform me which service or order it վերաբers to. Despite this, I have not received any response for five days. Meanwhile, my account remains banned for suspected fraud based on a transaction I was never properly notified about.

I respectfully request that my account ban be reviewed and lifted, or that PlayerUp provide clear proof of the alleged ignored middleman transaction and how I was supposedly notified. If possible, I would like my account to be reinstated, even with a warning. I remain ready to complete any legitimate pending order associated with my account. I also ask that any losses or damage to my reputation caused by this misunderstanding be taken into consideration when resolving this issue.
