Vivense Sends Incomplete Order Twice – Missing Lamp Parts Not Delivered

I ordered the Evlight two-piece jute tassel chandelier set from Vivense on February 2. The product was delivered to me on February 7, but when I opened the package, I saw that the base of the floor lamp was completely missing from the set. I reported the missing part the same day, and I was told that the part would be supplied.
After this entire waiting period, the floor lamp base was finally delivered to me on March 14. However, this time, out of the three-piece base set, only two pieces were sent, and one piece was still missing. In other words, not only was the product delivered late, but it continues to be sent incomplete and incorrect.
I want the issue I experienced with my order number SS33f307585451 to be resolved immediately. I specifically chose to shop from Vivense again because I really liked this chandelier set, but I have been disappointed once more. My request is that the missing third piece be shipped to me correctly and completely by Monday without any further delay.
I contacted Vivense customer service via WhatsApp, and I was told that I would receive a response as soon as possible, but no concrete solution has been provided yet. I request that my issue be resolved urgently; otherwise, I will exercise my legal rights and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
