Prezi Charged My Credit Card Immediately Despite 14-Day Free Trial Offer

I signed up for Prezi’s “14-day free trial” under the Expert Presenters option, expecting that no payment would be taken until the trial ended. However, my credit card was charged immediately—without any confirmation or approval from me! If this is a free trial, then why am I being billed upfront? Any charge should only occur after the trial ends, and only with my consent to continue using the service. This feels misleading and completely unfair. I demand an immediate refund of the ₺404 that was wrongfully taken from my account. Prezi needs to honor their free trial policy and not trick users into unexpected charges.
