Weplay Birthday Change Request Stuck – No Response From Support

I am writing regarding an issue with my Weplay account related to my date of birth. Initially, my daughter entered her own birth date on this account. I am now the one using the account, so I attempted to update the date of birth to my own, but Weplay is showing the message “your birthday is under review.” It has been about four hours, and there has been no update.

Today, I submitted all the requested documents, including my Aadhaar card and a selfie, to verify my identity and correct my date of birth. Despite providing these documents, the status has not changed, and I have not received any information explaining the delay. I also tried contacting Weplay customer support, but I have not received any response. I expect my date of birth correction request to be approved immediately based on the valid documents I have already submitted, or at least processed without further delay so that my account reflects my correct information.
