Paytm Shows Successful Payment but BDG Wallet Balance Not Updated

I deposited a total of ₹800 into my BDG game wallet via Paytm, but the amount has not been credited to my game wallet balance. On February 9, 2026, I deposited ₹500, and on March 13, 2026, I deposited ₹300. Both Paytm transactions show as successful, and I have screenshots of the payments.

My registered mobile number on BDG is 89606486**, and the deposits were made from my Paytm account linked to this number. Although Paytm support confirmed that the payments were successfully processed on their end, the amounts have still not been credited to my BDG game wallet. BDG has not responded to my issue, and the money is still missing from my balance.

I request that BDG urgently review these Paytm transactions and immediately credit the total amount of ₹800 (₹500 + ₹300) to my BDG game wallet associated with mobile number 89606486**. I am ready to provide payment screenshots and any UTR or transaction details if needed.
