I am a BC.Game user and I am experiencing an issue with the KYC verification on my account, which is registered under the email address kamal.kis*****[email protected] and has the user ID 100951866. My KYC verification recently failed, and for the past 24 hours, the system has not provided any option to retry or recover the verification process, leaving me unable to complete it.

When I attempt to proceed with KYC, the system only shows that the verification has failed and does not allow me to re-upload documents or restart the process. I contacted customer support for assistance, but they informed me that they are unable to resolve the issue, and my account remains stuck in this failed verification status.

I kindly request that you thoroughly review the status of my BC.Game account, reset or reopen the KYC verification process, and allow me to complete the verification again properly. I would like to finish my KYC as soon as possible so that I can use my account without any restrictions.
