Philips 3100 Robot Vacuum Keeps Showing Laser Sensor Jammed & Water Pump Error

For the past five months, my Philips Robot 3000 Series 3100 model robot vacuum has been displaying two recurring errors: “laser sensor jammed” and “water pump malfunction.” When the device speaks, it reports a laser sensor issue, but the mobile app shows a water pump error instead.

Due to this problem, I have taken the product twice to the Philips service center in Adana (Service receipt number: 3110820250802003). On both occasions, I was told that replacement parts had been installed and that the issue was resolved, yet the same problem continues to occur.

The errors reappear especially when I use the water tank in high mop mode. My warranty period will expire in November, so I urgently request that this issue be resolved before the warranty ends. I am requesting a product replacement due to the persistent and unresolved malfunction.

I kindly ask for immediate support to ensure this issue does not reoccur and that my grievance is fully resolved.
