I Keep Getting “Laser Sensor Stuck” on My Philips 3000 Robot Vacuum After 1 Year

I’ve been using the Philips 3000 Series Robot Vacuum for about a year with no major issues—until now. Out of nowhere, the device started giving a “laser sensor stuck” error, rendering it completely unusable. After doing a bit of research, I noticed that this is an extremely common issue among other users, and complaints about this error are piling up online.

When I called Philips support, they immediately pushed for a technical service appointment, but this seems like something that should be resolved remotely or through a software update, not a trip to the repair center. I expected better troubleshooting and proactive support from a brand like Philips.

I’m requesting that Philips offer a practical and permanent fix for this recurring sensor issue without forcing users to go through inconvenient and potentially costly service visits. Please address this growing concern and take ownership of the design flaw affecting so many customers.
