Philips Homerun 7000 Robot Vacuum Broke Down Right After Warranty Expired

I purchased the Philips Homerun 7000 Series robot vacuum cleaner in September 2023 for around ₺16,000. After using the product for about two weeks, I noticed issues with its sensors. The device does not navigate properly during cleaning, skips certain areas, and tries to clean while moving backward. This problem occurs throughout the house. I took the device to an authorized service center, but despite the warranty having expired just one month ago, I was charged a high repair fee of ₺5,400. When purchasing, I expected a durable and reliable product, but experiencing such a malfunction in such a short time and being asked to pay a high fee right after the warranty expired has caused me great inconvenience. I request that Philips repair my product free of charge.

I had my robot serviced by a private service outside. Philips did not help in any way...
