Philips Let Me Down With Their Robot Vacuum and Poor Warranty Support

Following my complaint, Philips asked me to send the product to the central service under warranty, which I did. They returned it stating that the issues had been resolved. However, as soon as I received the product and tested it, the problems persisted. The robot vacuum returns to its station saying “cleaning completed” even though the room is only partially cleaned—I’ve attached a photo showing this. I selected only three rooms to be cleaned, but it still cleaned an unselected room, and I’m sharing a visual of that as well. When I bought this robot, people I know were purchasing other brands at lower prices. I chose Philips because I trusted the quality. Sadly, while those other brands stood behind their products and replaced them with higher models after just one service visit, Philips neither fixed the issues with my product nor offered a replacement, despite three separate warranty claims. I regret choosing Philips; they don’t solve problems or stand behind their products—at least when it comes to robot vacuums.
Progress
After my Philips product was returned from warranty service, the service center requested feedback regarding my satisfaction. Since I was not satisfied, I replied “No” to the SMS they sent. They then stated that they would call me within 3 days to address my dissatisfaction. However, it has now been 9 days, and I still have not received any call from them.
