Philips 8000 Vacuum Cleaner Not Working
I purchased a Philips 8000 vacuum cleaner last year, and for the last six months, it has been suffering from a constant loss of suction. The vacuum cleaner has almost no suction power on any surface, and the problem appears immediately when I start using it, regardless of the floor type. Due to this issue, I took the product to service in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Turkey. The service provided a spare filter, but the problem was not resolved, and the vacuum cleaner still does not clean properly. In addition, I have not been able to reach Philips WhatsApp customer service despite my attempts, so I have been left without clear support. I request that Philips either properly repair this vacuum cleaner so that it works as it should, or replace it with a new device, as the product has not fulfilled its expected performance for a long time despite service intervention.

On the day I wrote the complaint, the service directed me to clean the hose, and unfortunately the hose was punctured. When I sent the device to them, I understand that they did not check the hose and only sent a filter. The video shows that there is no such problem. In other words, there was a problem before the hose was punctured; the video is proof of this. Now they are demanding an additional 3000 TL for the head. I do not want to incur such an expense for a machine I paid 25,000 TL for before the warranty period expires. Moreover, the fault lies with the service, not with me. Due to inadequate service, delayed and incorrect information and guidance, my device has been rendered inoperable. Previously, for my Dyson machine that had a suction problem, the authorized service sent a free head without any questions even after the warranty period had expired. I request that a free head be sent to me, and if the problem is not resolved, that my device be sent to another authorized service for a detailed examination. Thank you.
