The Philips Robot Vacuum 70000 Series I bought from Evkur last year broke down in just its 10th month. I delivered my product to the authorized service Düztaş Elektronik in Manisa Akhisar in July, but even after 5 months, it has still not been returned to me. I believe that the technicians and the service center deliberately prolonged the process and increased my grievance by entering incorrect information during the service process. I managed to force a replacement decision from the headquarters, but despite this decision, the replacement process that started 2 weeks ago has still not resulted in my receiving the product, and I cannot get any information at all.
Despite calling the service center many times, the phones are mostly not answered, and when I finally reach them, I am met with an extremely rude and disturbing attitude from a female employee at the service. No solution was offered in my conversations with customer service either. The fact that my product, which is under warranty, has not been delivered for 5 months has caused me both financial and emotional distress.
I request that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible and that necessary action be taken regarding the relevant staff member working at the service center.
