Philips 7000 Series Robot Vacuum Constantly Malfunctioning Issue

I purchased the Philips 7000 Series robot vacuum about a year ago for ₺30,000, and it is still under warranty. However, the product stopped working five months ago and began spinning in circles. I took it to the authorized service center, Düztaş Elektronik in Akhisar, Manisa, and my service receipt number is 3451020250904002. During this period, the product malfunctioned four times within five months, requiring repeated service visits. Some issues were even detected during service inspections before the device was returned to me. Although spare parts were replaced, the problems persisted. Most recently, when the robot came to map my home, it spilled dirty black water all over my carpets, causing both material and emotional distress. Due to its recurring malfunctions, I requested a product replacement. My device has now been at the service center for five months, and despite speaking with different customer representatives daily, no solution has been provided. I have realized that Philips neither stands behind its products nor values customer satisfaction. Since the device has repeatedly malfunctioned within less than a year, remains unresolved by both the service and the service inspector for five months, and damaged my carpets, I am requesting a full replacement and compensation for my loss.

The Philips Robot Vacuum 70000 Series I bought from Evkur last year broke down in just its 10th month. I delivered my product to the authorized service Düztaş Elektronik in Manisa Akhisar in July, but even after 5 months, it has still not been returned to me. I believe that the technicians and the service center deliberately prolonged the process and increased my grievance by entering incorrect information during the service process. I managed to force a replacement decision from the headquarters, but despite this decision, the replacement process that started 2 weeks ago has still not resulted in my receiving the product, and I cannot get any information at all.

Despite calling the service center many times, the phones are mostly not answered, and when I finally reach them, I am met with an extremely rude and disturbing attitude from a female employee at the service. No solution was offered in my conversations with customer service either. The fact that my product, which is under warranty, has not been delivered for 5 months has caused me both financial and emotional distress.

I request that my product be delivered to me as soon as possible and that necessary action be taken regarding the relevant staff member working at the service center.
