Philips HomeRun 3000 Robot Vacuum Keeps Breaking

In November 2023, I purchased a Philips PHI XU3000/02 HomeRun 3000 Series Aqua robot vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt. About two months after the purchase, the device began experiencing various malfunctions, and since then, I have had to send it for service 8 to 10 times. Each time, a different issue has appeared. The service center has generally replaced certain parts, but none of the repairs have permanently resolved the problems.
Although my product is still under warranty, I have suffered significant inconvenience due to the constant malfunctions and repeated service processes. I have attempted to reach Philips customer service, but I was unable to find a direct contact person, and as a result, no concrete solution has been provided.
At this point, I am requesting a replacement of the product. I no longer wish to continue using a device that constantly breaks down and for which service visits fail to provide a lasting fix. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved promptly through a product replacement.
