Philips 8000 Vacuum Plastic Joint Broke - Request Free Replacement

I have been using the Philips 8000 series vertical vacuum for normal home cleaning for about 3 months. For the last 2 weeks, the connection part of the device was loose, and during normal use today, the plastic part at the joint finally broke completely. There was no impact, fall or misuse; it broke during ordinary cleaning, which clearly shows that the plastic parts are of poor quality. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Philips products; I have previously had serious problems with other Philips devices in my home, and now experiencing such an issue with a product I bought only a few months ago has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. Considering the economic conditions in Türkiye and the high price level of your products, I expect much higher durability and quality. I clearly state that I do not want a repair for this product. I request that my Philips 8000 series vacuum cleaner, whose plastic part broke during normal home use, be replaced with a brand-new device free of charge, and that this process be carried out without attributing the problem to user error.
