Skoda Still Cannot Repair My Elroq Due to Delayed Spare Parts
On 03/11/2026, I took my Skoda Elroq to the authorized service center because of a malfunction. After inspection, I was informed that a part needed to be replaced. In terms of the service staff’s attention and professionalism, I did not experience any major issue. However, despite the fact that today is already 04/20/2026, my problem still has not been resolved.
Even though I contacted customer service several times regarding my ongoing inconvenience, no concrete solution has been provided. Today, when I called customer service again and specifically requested a clear update, they still could not provide a definite repair or delivery date. Instead, I was only told that they were “trying to speed up the process.”
Is this truly the level of care and value that the brand shows to its customers? I find it unacceptable that such a long period has passed without a clear timeline or permanent solution being provided. I request that Skoda urgently resolve the spare part issue, complete my vehicle repair as soon as possible, and provide customers with transparent and accurate information instead of vague responses.
