Philips 3000 Series Robot Vacuum Shuts Off at 50% Battery

I have been using the Philips 3000 Series XU3000 robot vacuum for about two years. I purchased the product for approximately $357 from the Teknosa store at Nata Vega Shopping Mall in Mamak, Ankara, and I believe it is still under warranty.

For the past 7–8 weeks, the vacuum has been shutting down by itself even when the battery level shows around 50%. However, when I check the mobile app, it still appears to be cleaning as if it’s functioning normally. I would like to know why this issue occurs.

Additionally, the accessories—especially the brushes—bend and wear out very easily. Since I couldn’t find original replacement parts, I had to purchase them from Trendyol instead.

When I visited the Teknosa store where I bought the product, they told me they couldn’t help and redirected me to Philips service. I’m quite dissatisfied that I didn’t receive the same level of attention and support I had during the purchase process.

I request a clear explanation of why the vacuum shuts down at around 50% battery and expect a proper solution to this issue to be provided.
