Defective Philips Robot Vacuum: Multiple Failures & Replacements in 5 Months
I bought Philips robot vacuum on January 14, 2025, from a technology store. It stopped working in March, and as a result, the device was replaced with a new one. About two months later, the replacement product suffered a motherboard failure, and its motherboard was replaced. However, about a week after that, the product stopped working entirely. As shown in the video, it moved back and forth as if it sensed obstacles in front of it. This product, for which I paid approximately ₺30,000, has been to service twice in just five months and was already replaced once, yet I still cannot benefit from it in any way. I honestly wish I had bought a Roborock instead.
