My Philips 2000 Series XU2000/22 robot vacuum has, for the past 10 days, been showing the error message “Something is stuck in my side brush” immediately after being removed from the charger, and it does not start cleaning. I have thoroughly cleaned all the parts, including the brushes, and even replaced the side brush with a brand-new original spare, but the issue still persists.
The device was given to me as a gift and was purchased on September 25, 2025. I have the invoice, and it is still under warranty. I am currently using the product in Çorlu, Tekirdağ. I have not yet contacted Philips customer service regarding the issue.
I am requesting a free product replacement under the warranty and expect the matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
