Dear Parimatch Support Team, I am writing to report an issue regarding two deposits made on 13 November 2025 to my account (PlayerID: 861533***). I deposited ₹5,000 and ₹10,000, but neither amount is reflecting in my account. It appears that both transactions have been declined. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
