Parimatch Forces Bonus on ₹1,000 UPI Deposit

I am using Parimatch from India, and on February 3, 2026, my deposited balance was automatically converted into bonus balance without my consent. I deposited 1,000 INR via UPI as real money, but instead of remaining in my main balance, the entire amount was moved to the bonus section. This issue is not explained in Parimatch’s support or help topics, so I could not find a proper way to resolve it through the app. I did not select or request any bonus; I only wanted to deposit and use my own money as a real balance and be able to withdraw it when needed. I request that the 1,000 INR that was converted into bonus balance be returned to my real balance so that I can withdraw it, or alternatively that the full amount be refunded back to my UPI account. I ask that this situation be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible.
