Parimatch Phonepe Deposits Not Credited, Need Urgent Fix

I am writing regarding two deposits I made to my Parimatch account via PhonePe that have still not been credited to my balance. The first deposit was on 22/10/2025 for Rs 2,500 and the second deposit was on 02/12/2025 for Rs 1,000. Both transactions were completed successfully on PhonePe, but the amounts are not visible in my Parimatch account. I contacted support and was told that it would happen and not to worry, but even after this reassurance, the money has still not been credited. This situation is causing inconvenience because my funds are stuck despite the transactions being successful. I request that these two deposits be checked urgently and that the total amount of Rs 3,500 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account, or that I receive a clear explanation and a prompt resolution.
