"About a month ago, I applied for a loss of value claim through Ray Sigorta for my 2011 Fiat Fiorino. My application number is: 11302504766-1. I had to sell my car with a loss of value of 100,000 TL. Although the legal process is supposed to take 15 days, it has been 3 months since my application and no payment has been made yet, and my file still appears to be under review.
