I truly don't like Parimatch because they blocked my account without warning. I hadn't done anything in a few weeks, but I recently decided to go in to check my balance and maybe take some money out. I was shocked when I was locked out and got an error message saying my account was blocked. I called customer care straight soon and supplied all the proof they asked for, like proof of my identity and past purchases. Even after following up multiple times, I still don't have a clear answer or solution. Parimatch seems to intentionally ban accounts when people try to take money out. This experience has made me lose faith in the platform. I strongly urge that anyone who wants to use this service think twice about it.
