Parimatch Deposit Amount Hasn't Been Credited Yet

My name is Suripeddi Kumar Babu, and I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account. I deposited ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 into my Parimatch account, and on my side, both deposits were shown as successful. However, Parimatch declined these payments; the amounts were not credited to my Parimatch wallet, and no refund was provided. The deposits were made on 17 November 2025. My Parimatch user ID is 486485309, and my mobile number linked to the account is 9640511141. Since the transactions show as successful on my side, but the money is neither in my wallet nor refunded, I am facing a serious problem and financial inconvenience. I kindly request that the total deposit amounts be credited to my Parimatch wallet as soon as possible and that this issue be checked and resolved urgently.
